Horizon upgrade time?

Could any Horizon pilots tell me what your average upgrade time is?

Average?

Right now we have our hands full of 4 + year F/O's.

As for the new hires, who knows.........Assuming only firm orders being delivered a few dozen retirements and Alaska doing alomost no hiring (We have A LOT in their pool), that's all worse case........I would say at least 5 years.
