Primary Duties:
Dispatch Horizon Air aircraft in accordance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and Company policies. Monitor progress of all flights governed under FAR Part 91 and 121. Assist the Flight Control Manager in the development and implementation of abnormal operations’ plans. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age of 23
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Current FAA Aircraft Dispatch Certificate
- Fundamental knowledge of Air Traffic Control System
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations
- Strong computer skills with the ability to type 45 WPM
- Superior communication skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work well in highly stressful situations
- Regular and predictable attendance

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- Leadership experience or training
- Airline operational experience
