I think it another example of the senior captains that seem to dictate QX union policy thinking of themselves, trying to make it sound great for all parties involved. They are now starting to realize that lots of us FO's who've been sitting in the R seat for 4+ years will be much more selfish in the next round of negotiations. Do you think the younger set would rather see a pension or some more improvements in scheduling integrity and pay. If they all want to get to Alaska they can interview (for most of them they already have once) like the rest of us pilot schleps.
