Anybody know the current first year F/O pay scale at Horizon Air? Is it differentiated between the Dash-8 100/200's, the -400's and the RJ's?

Also, what are the current domiciles for each type equipment? Which is senior/junior?

Thanks.

First year FO pay is $24.98 an hour. You may get hired into any airplane, but pay is based on seniority, i.e., what you could hold, not what you fly.
If you are not hired into the jet, you will never fly the jet as an FO, because if you actually bid it, you will then drop to the lowest pay scale for two years, as a punishment for making the company train you to fly it. If you had stayed in the aircraft you were in, you would have received jet pay when you had the seniority to hold the jet, but if you actually bid it, you go back to Dash-8-200 pay, even though you are flying the jet. Confusing? Its supposed to be.
Seattle is only a Dash-8-200 base, everything else is Portland. Portland is probably junior.
