horizon is on a 35 day bid. 86 hrs guarantee for reserve and composite line holders. 92 hrs garr for normal line holders. trip rigs of 4:1 and 2:1. hr pay is based on seniority. it is based on what you can fly not what you do fly. example, if there are 100 pilots and 30% are CRJ and 20% DHC 400, the rest DHC 200, then the top 30% of FO's get CRJ pay and the 20% under that get 400 pay, the rest 200 pay. This is to keep FO's from biding to other aircraft and increasing trainning costs. So for example, I was here before we had dhc 400's or crj's so I was put into the dash 200. I still fly that with three yrs at the company but am paid CRJ 700 rates. the people hired after me got to fly the crj and dhc 400 but get paid to fly the small 200. we still have f-28's but will not train newbe's in them. pay examples:
new hire $24.25 hr
2nd yr crj fo $36.77 hr.
I don't have the pay scale in front of me but can post if wanted.
AHOHA!!
