Anybody have the low down on Hop-a-Jet??? Pay and schedule? Any info would be great.

Don't know much about the Lear side, but as far as the 604 side - first year FO 60k with bump to 70k second year. Captains made between 90k - 120k. Decent management, good chief pilot. Schedules for both the Lear and Challengers were based on a rotation. Get back from a trip and your placed last on the list and rotate forward as trips go out. You still have to be available basically 24/7. One hour to show - but most of the time your given trip information the day before. Very few short call outs. Challenger guys averaged 400-500 hours year. Lear guys seemed to be around 600-700. Pay is salary. Slow month or heavy month - your pay remains the same. Ok health plan paying only for the employee - any additional family members come out of your pocket. Good facility, good mx. Older Lears so they tend to have more issues, rarely many issues with the 604's. FO's stock and clean interior of aircraft after a trip - FA's do that on the Challengers. Much better than the average 135 charter company. Hope this helps.
