Still? They've been running an add on and off for over a year now.

I agree. I'm thinking of sending Home Depot a letter asking if they really posted this job. If not, someone will get a call from johnny cochran...:)

The date of the job post was 12/17/2004. Nothing new here. They still have not filled the position.

How is it possible that they haven't found Mr or Miz right by now with what I'm sure was a tidal wave of applicants. Are they looking for a lunar landing on a resume or just a solo flight in an SR71? I agree that the constant posting is likely EEOC driven or a similar circumstance.

I gotta go, need to log that lunar landing by Monday AM. HD here I come!!!!!!!!!

If their interview is compared to Bell South, well I can see.

Lunar landings, moon walks etc...good luck!

What do they fly?

Falcon 50, 50EX and 900EX. Global for sale...heard they were replacing it with another 900EX.

Who Knows

If their search is EEOC driven, it's not women their looking for. They're not even giving token interviews to qualified women. Not sure what they're looking for.

Not sure about this one. What are they looking for, Blacks and Hispanics? What factors are you using to determine that any particular person, man or woman, is qualified? If they are looking for a 2000TT co-pilot, and a 7000TT pilot that is currently a Capt applies, then that person is Overqualified for the position they are looking to fill. I say that because how long is that 7000TT person going to sit in the right seat pulling the gear up and down and taking orders from a 3500TT Captain making 25K more a year before beginning to think, "I have more time and am more qualified. Why I am not the Captain? I should be the Captain". Things go downhill from there. Let remember, this is not the airlines which is senority based, its the Corp world, which is for the most part merit based on whos A** yuo kiss. And let call a spade a spade, pilots have some pretty big egos.

757BBJ_Capt,

You are right. We could drive ourselves crazy trying to figure out who gets hired and why.

Guys, Guys, Guys..Why try and figure out something, that YOU have NO control over? Trust me, they..HD...Have the EEOC blocks all ready checked...sometimes twice! I know most, if not all the folks there...They have TWO 50EX's...a 900B..The GLEX is for sale, to be replaced by a GV....All very nice folks down there in FTY...Send something in, if you have no luck, get over it, and move on.....
