holiday present for the boss?

I need some help.
I need an aviation related gift for the CEO ( pvt/inst pilot).

This is not brown nosing; last year, in addition to a bonus, I was presented with a very thoughtful and generous gift and I had nothing in return for him.
I don't want to be caught in the same situation this year.

Price should be less than $200, he already has pictures and models of the aircraft, as well as all the flashlights he would ever need.

I gave my pseudo-boss last year a $25 gift certificate to P.F. Chang's ... you don't need to give him an aviation related gift if he' got it.. Usually the ones that are hard to find gifts for are happy with certificates to their favorite restaurant... just a thought... besides, he might even take you along...
