well tonight he just lifted the hold on 100 something (127?) promotions as "an act of good faith".....act of good faith? who does he thinik he is a 3rd world country? i think he lifted the hold on those promotions as "an act that he realizes hes becoming a total monkeypox'd a$$hole" about this whole thing.
