What are you guys using for minimums for new hire or new upgrades? Also, how long are you making them stay at the higher mins, is it based on hours or cycles or what?

Just for the record a High Mins Captain ain't some kind of airline term....A "HYMEN'S CAPTAIN" is one who steals virginity!!!
I've bust my Mins. a time or two but it looks it's time to go direct KLIT and vectors from SAC non-stop with LUV tonight Baby!!
