Helping a friend prepare for dispatch school/career

Ten years ago when I went through school we toured AA's SOC. While there they told us their hiring requirements. To be hired (this was pre-TWA buyout):

0 years experience & a bachelors degree, or
3 years experience & an associates degree, or
5 years experience

I don't have a clue if that is even close to what they want now.
