Just hang on brother, it's not that they don't care, just that they have already determined the new hires for the rest of the year at NJA.
As soon as the deliveries begin again, the hiring will resume. Another thing to think about is the economy, it will more than likely start picking up in the next year, causing the airlines to resume the feast or famine process and many pilots will leave NJA for that and other reasons. NJA has alot of retired airline pilots well over 60 who are just hanging out for a couple of years and I think you will see them move on as well, just a matter of time.
So don't take it personally if you don't get called right now, no one is. But, when that interview day rolls around, those letters of recommendation are worth their weight in gold.
