As usual, pay is all over the board, especially since the 700 has filtered into the 135 medical and central american market. But, since there are still some in the domestic market (including at my company) the averages I've heard are 35-45 for fo's and 55-75 for capts. I'm sure there is a much larger spread out there but maybe this could be your starting point.
