It may be nice looking, but it's got a ways to go. Just ask Raytheon what they think of Honeywell.

Spoke for about an hour the other day with one of the head sales guys for Raytheon, while in SAN the other day.

He was very up on the 4000, said cert should be in March, with first jet going to NJA around July, August. NJA will be getting seriel number 8. He said the hold up was lightning shielding or something like that and that the avionics are working well now.

IF, and that is a big if, the jet works as advertised it will be quite the machine. I asked him about the cert. delays and he said Raytheon didn't want to bring a jet that had problems to market.

He didn't have any answers for the 400xp though, except the sales guys at NJA are over selling it.....

Interesting note, FLOPS is scheduled to take no 4000 at this time..... According to the sales guy
