Has anyone seen a foreigner train lately at a regional? (initial training w/o being current and qualified on an aircraft of more than 12,500 lbs)

yeah, i was wondering the same thing? Any foreigners been in training? Or even a foreigner with a Green Card? I hear that doesn't count for much these days huh??

Obviously you haven't flown through DTW lately. Stop by sometime and listen up for the Flagship guys who barely speak English. ATC loves these guys and the NWA mainline guys love them even more.

I'm not too good at sensing sarcasm, so I take that as a 'yes there still are foreigners flying aircraft over 12500lbs and it's not too bad'?? Or is it? Hmmmm?
