Just got this book last week and I'm already halfway through. Man, what a clusterfudge. Everything old IS new again.
As I'm reading, I keep getting hit over the head with the same thought: If management keeps on using the same tactics over and over against us, is it because it usually works? I'm not being rhetorical, I'm genuinely curious. Why is the same battle being fought over and over again, and has there been any shift in tactics since the days of Lorenzo?
