Gulfstream Training Academy is seeking an individual with a proven track record in direct sales to lead our staff of full time and part time pilot recruiters. We are looking for an individual with sales, marketing, and management experience to lead and direct our team of pilot recruiters in our growing company. Aviation experience and a pilot certificate is a plus. The Pilot Recruiting Manager will report directly to the President of the company and will assist with marketing and strategic planning.
