Does anyone know if Gulfstream Airlines will allow jumpseaters to the Bahamas. And if they do, what are the procedures?

Do they only take pilots from thier lists, or do they have an open jumpseat policy?

No problem on the jumpseat Nassau or the out Islands. All 121 and 135 pilots are welcome to the jumpseat. In addition there is no limit to the number of jumpseaters on each flight.
