Can any Gulfstream' pilots PM me the current payscale for the 1900. Both CA and FO. Thanks in advance.

P.S. No flaming please, I just need info.

pay

i don't know if your looking for 1900 pay or gia pay

gia pay is
appx 15-19 per hour for fo
appx 27 and up per hour for capt

if its a 121 op like gia, expect the same

if its 91 for a particular owner, it can be much higher

Looking at your times I would assume you are being hired as a captain.? I do not think they "hire" fo's off the street.?

How do I get ahold of someone in pilot recruiting at Gulfstream or send a resume? Went to their website and couldn't find any email or employment section. Thanks in advance.

Sending a resume is worthless because they'll send back a "We only hire Academy Graduates" letter. But I'd keep an eye out for street captain openings. They do upgrade from within, but there has been a mass exodus of captains of late from what I have heard to ATA, Air Tran, etc.... So they will upgrade as much as possible, but so many of the pilots don't have ATP mins. The schedules were suprisingly good there, 13-14 days off, decent layovers in the islands.... There are worse places. And as far as I know there was no PFT for the street captains when they hired them.

Just my .02....

Thanks for the .02.....

Can I call them somehow to find out about street Capt. openings or not? Where would I keep my eyes out for openings?

Unfortunately, there was PFT for street Captains last time a few years ago. PFT for a street Captain was $10k. I'm sure they'll raise that to about 15k or a little higher this time around. The good news is that they only require ATP mins though for a Captain slot.

PFT?

Don't know what I would have to pay for since I have 1200 hours in the 1900 and am already typed?

You would have to pay because that's how GIA makes their money, on the backs of their employees. I believe you have to attend all phases of the company training even if you have a type in their equipment so bringing your own type in does them little good other than insuring you will probably pass the training.
