They are having a tough time hanging onto pilots especially with their Beech Premier 1s. They currently have 5 Premier 1As and are getting more (I believe another 5 or 6 more), with a steady attrition rate.

Although their website doesn't list pilot jobs, call them and ask around. Don't email- they rarely check the email listed on their site.

One of my friends was there as SIC , flew quit a bit, apparently got canned for something, then they needed him back so bad they bought him back on a daily rate and he ended up paid better from that than when he had been on salary.
