They are having a tough time hanging onto pilots especially with their Beech Premier 1s. They currently have 5 Premier 1As and are getting more (I believe another 5 or 6 more), with a steady attrition rate.

Although their website doesn't list pilot jobs, call them and ask around. Don't email- they rarely check the email listed on their site.

I fly a Premier in Northern Cal. Our backup/contract pilot flies full time at Guardian. He flies alot. He says it's a good place to work. The attrition rate is high because it's just not a long term place for many. You get your type, some jet time and something bigger and better presents itself.
