Does anyone have info on this company? I know they fly Lear's and KingAir's and are based in Fairbanks. I'd like to know the usual, QOL, Left and Right seat starting pay and all the nitty gritty stuff..... Any info will be of help, thank you.
I don't know much about the place, but I delivered a King Air to them and I have never met a group of pilots more happy with their job, money, life and owner. All the pilots I talked to had nothing but excellent things to say about the owner and operation. Those guys are growing fast, but you may need to know someone to get in. I had a brief look, and looks good.
Anyone have any additional inside information on Guardian Flight in Fairbanks?

If you get the opportunity to work for Guardian, you will love it. It's a great company to work for. FAI has 2 King Airs , and a Lear in the Hanger at all times. Fai trips are usually to ANC and back. Sometimes you'll go to Big Delta And take the patient to either ANC or FAI. Sitka has 1 KingAir and they usually cover southeast and head to ANC. I believe start pay is 56K once you off probation it goes to 64K. Right now anyone intersted in flying the Lear will be able to bid after one year with the company. Sometimes sooner depending on who moves on. KTN has 1 Lear they usually fly to SEA and ANC. Summertime sometimes they fly to Cali, PHI, NYC. Pretty nice trips.
The company take care of you if you go on any trip. i.e food, hotels.
Guardian is pretty good on weeding out any personalities issues. A..hole types are not invited. This is why we have great personnel.
