Does anyone out there have any gouge on the Guard/Reserve CFIC course at McConnell? I heard they have put six classes through already but I haven't been able to find any websites relating to it.

I'm curious about the entire program...especially how it differs from Altus.

Thanks in advance for any responses.

S/F,
Sassy

BIG BOY PROGRAM! A bud in my class has squadron mates over there. Altus is just painful, no way around it. If I hear another SAC story I think I'll kill myself.

Solid!

Does your bud happen to be a user of this website? I'd love any gouge he might have about lodging, class schedules, flying, etc.

The BIG BOY program sounds great...hopefully without all of the "Well, when I was studying the Dash One while sitting Alpha Alert..." stuff by all of the warriors with nose hairs growing down to their neckties:rolleyes: .

Thanks for the reply!

Not sure if he is but I'll ask him. I like your last comment...classic:) . From what I hear the boyz up there are doing CBTs at the local Hooter's....my kinda program!

Hey now, let's get it straight...

Our nose hairs grew down to our SCARVES (just like the chow hall guys wore) not NECKTIES! Jeez! Dang guard bums.

And we were sitting at attention whilst reading our dash ones (or dash 9's in my case) ;) and keeping communism at bay. Must have worked, we won!

And those training missions! 4.1 over Indiana, boy those were the days... SAC ruled, baby!

Dang guard bums...

oh excuse me...

Dang Guard Professionals...

Just doesn't sound the same.

How about "Dang troffers"

Oh well, I'm glad you all do what you do. Thanks for keeping America strong.

Going back to trimming those dang nose hairs.....

There I was, sitting Alert watching a hydraulics 'training' film in the TV room, when all of a sudden, I hear over my TAAN radio, "Klaxon, Klaxon, Klaxon." Crap, I was sportin' a woody (this was back in the day when I COULD sport wood), and now I gotta run out to the truck ...

Thanks for the mammaries. :D

...Or the picture of Curt LeMay in the garage surronded by lighted candles as we knelt humbly with bowed heads, respectfully chanting: "Peace is our Profession...Peace is our Profession..."
