Can someone tell me the difference between the red and green MORA lines? I looked through the legend but wasn't able to find it. Thanks.
 
The magenta indicates MSAs above 14,000 and the green below 14,000. (You may get those that will answer mountainous terrian vs. non-mountainous, but that has changed. That used to be correct.)
