Hey Great Lakes guys... Anyone out there have any insight into the current interview techniques there? OR when they might start classes again... Word on the street is they are taking resumes and interviewing....

Thanks!;)

Lakers, and I don't mean Kobe

Lexair,

Lakes just had an open house of their own on 09/19/03 at a Hotel near DEN. Jim Pomeroy is the CP. Took everyone's resume and said they are looking to start hiring next Feb. BE1900 is the fleet. Pretty good stepping stone to the next level since those bad boys have no autopilots.

"Pommie is still the CP? THat must be some kind of longevity record. Great guy to fly with."

great guy to fly with??? it must have been a long, long, long time since you've flown with that a$$hole. of course I'd probably be just of big of an A$$ if I realized I drank my career down the toilet and that I'll be one of a handful of pilots to retire from gla. just don't let him drive you home from the bar.

First, I've known Jeff Pomeroy since he was in IP. I consider him a friend, and have a great deal of respect. Maybe he hasn't made what you would consider to be the best decisions as a management member at GLA, but, I challenge you to do better in that atmosphere. Pehaps it was your attitude that prevented you from succeding at GLA.

Second, is there a need on a public post to personally attack somebody. I realize it's easy to hide behind a keyboard and throw stone, but couldn't you try to keep it substantive.
