Does Great Lakes even hire anyone with more than 68 hours multi?!?!?! Or over the age of 22?!?!?!?

No, you must be 22 years old and cannot be older than 22 years old prior to completing IOE. You also must have exactly 68 hours of multi-time.

Off course they do. You also have to consider how fast people leave there to go to a better outfit so they are less likely to hire folks with higher time who may just turn around and leave as soon as they can.
