IM curious to know if the company who is handling the resumes is actually updating mine when i send in updates...Did the guys who got an interview send there resumes in by the online thing online? KNow anybody?

I have a friend who has an interview with Lakes next Monday up in Cheyenne, no sim ride. Anyways, had a couple ex-lakes Captains use my duplex as a crashpad, they both mentioned yes lakes is hiring, but you pretty much HAVE to know someone in the company, you know that little spot on the online application that says, "referral employee #" or something like that, I hear it's a must. And BTW, my friend has about 2100TT, 1000ME, a friend of ours pushed his resume through after he sent in the online app. I think the 500/50 minimums that are posted online are more like a starting point, but honestly doubt they would get you the job. 500/50 would be more for minority's/women, which is great in my opinion, a more diverse field will never hurt our industry. And yes, I'm a WM.
