PPNJ says that the starting pay for an FO is $15.33 / hour. You've got to be kidding!

Yeah, pay is horrible, the only reason to come to Lakes is to upgrade and even that has stopped for the time being. Currently, we don't see hiring in the near future. There's rumors about hiring at the end of the year or the beginning of next year. Not many people leaving now.
