Gray 707 parked at KSAT?

Anybody know who flies the gray B-707 (I think...) parked at KSAT/San Antonio, near the UPS ramp?

Saw it in there the other day, just curious

There is a company on the field that hush kits the 707 and does some other mods.

I think the company is called Omega Air. They modify B707-300 series civilian aircraft into aerial refueling tankers and I think provide contract refueling on a very limited basis to the military and various aircraft manufacturers.
