Got hired by America West/US Airways, advice?

Got a job as a ramp rat right before we came to Las Vegas (where I am now on vacation), had the interview 3 hours before the flight. I have to go to PHX for the rest of the stuff now, any advice? Had bad is the flight physical? Also does anyone know the average time you can go from PT to FT? Im real excited to finally be working for an airline even if it is only as a ramp rat.

good luck. I manage 60 of those "ramp rats" Where I work, we are hiring PT'ers all the time, most dont make it 6 months. Here it takes about a year to 2 years to go FT.......
