Denver and Frontier Suxx...... LOSERS!!!!!!
Uh! Let me guess. You didn't get hired? ...Yeah thought so.

ATR Capt,

Did you just get a call? They left me a message today and I have to call them back tomorrow I guess...just put my app in a month or two ago at the most. Was there any dialog/questions or did they just offer you an interview? I'll PM you any gouge I can get...

Thanks

Gulfstream 2OO (with two letters O's) is flamebait, trying to imitate Gulfstream 200 (with two zeros), the corporate pilot.

Not even close.

Congrats folks. The only "small amount" of gouge is at www.willflyforfood.cc under Frontier. Not much, but all I have found. I have had my app in for several months too, but no calls. Did you guys have any "references" at F9? I don't know anyone there so I guess my chances are guarded at best. Best of Luck.

Kurt

Very cool!

JetDude is right - the F9 gouge is straightforward and right on aviationinterviews.com. My husband interviewed in April with them and these postings are right in line with his experience. (He's now on line with them.)

Mary Tunnel is no longer there (as of about a month ago) and two weeks ago a new Pilot Recruiter started, so I wouldn't be surprised if they are a little "behind" in their paperwork.

Capt. Winders is all business, don't let it bother you...

Good luck with your interview!

Lori........

is a top notch gal.......back off.......she was smart enough to hire me. JO fugged up by not keeping her around, glad that she and hubby left the luney bin called Mesa.........BTW the way, the interview is straight forward. No Freudian questions or BS tricks. Mostly "Tell us about a time when...." and very little technical stuff. Be your self....unless your a dufus....... they really are looking for a personality. Working at F9 is a great, I actually enjoy coming to work!

I had dinner with Lori and her husband in Germany when he was running a pair of Mesa guys through CRJ training at Lufthansa. Was a lot of fun having beers with the CRJ guys. Good luck to your husband Lori!

Oh ya Lori....

You took my buddies 50 dollars while at Mesa and never gave him an interview, you suxx too!!!!!!!!! (wait, maybe he's the sucker!!!)

Though I do like your ole boss JO, that guy knows how to flip a buck!!!
It's gotta be that you interviewed (unsuccessfully, probably) and there are some hard feelings there. While I refuse to partake in this obvious flamebait, let me just say that Lori didn't take anyone's $50 - that was MESA's policy, and something that Lori was trying to get rid of. You clearly don't understand how this industry works, and you will see a lot of people staunchly defend Lori (even though she has very broad shoulders, having fielded a lot of idiotic remarks like the one you just made), mainly because she has ALWAYS done the right thing, in spite of criticism from Mesa's inept management. Don't hate the player - hate the game.

You are entitled to your opinion - I think you're one of maybe three people in this world who believe that. F9 rocks, you kill me!

Lori,

Are u at F9?

If u r Congrats. Did u also work at ACA? Did u know Leena Hibert?

Thx

Congrats on the interview.
How long between interview offer and interview date?
Do you know the time between job offer and class date ?
Best of luck !

Aviation interviews.com is great...

Do not get rapped around the axle in this interview. F9 is really laid back...In fact they only interview you because they want o hire u.. That is why sometimes it takes a while to get the call.
1)Now until the interview.....>Take all the negative thoughts out of your mind. Anything you hate about your job or flying spit it out of your mind,,, LOVE everything about your company, career and flying. Make a negative into a positive.
Love F9, know 3 things about them. "BE an actor" Love Denver
2) 3 days before interview...> get paperwork ready and organized
make sure you know the gouge in your own words
get your suit cleaned and a haircut
3) night before interview...> Start showing Positive Mental atiitude (PMA) be positive about everything u encounter. If someone pisses u off, just blow it off and turn it in to a positive. Also do not study, maybe glance at your technical area and that is it.. Go have a couple of beers at the bar and use your PMA to reflect on your career. NO NEGATIVES.
4) Day of...> Be at Headquaters 15 minutes before your show time. Eat a good breakfast, ull need it. AND BE HAPPY AND USE PMA to EVERYTHING AND EVERYBODY. You are an actor now and it is your job to lose.
5) BE respectful and have fun....F9 is a great place to work.

Good luck

I agree with everything AnimalTale said here, except for one thing. Get your paperwork in order now! Order whatever needs to be ordered early so you know what is on it. (i.e., driving records, FAA records, etc.)

Animal Tale is right on with the PMA - show them you have personality (conservatively) and be happy! Show them F9 is the ONLY place you want to be!!

Good luck!

Lori
