There is a $20 Mail In Rebate from MS starting Feb 1st, 2004 on Flt Sim 2004.

Its a generic coupon so find the lowest priced store and buy it.
Amazon doesn't charge shipping and tax while Outpost does.
Overall, it'll be around $29.99.
I used Flt Sim 2k2 to practice holds, etc., as it draws a line of your flight path on the map. This was back in 2002, so by now it should have a lot better stuff.
