Concur. That's my favorite piece that Kevin has written.
 
Wonder what the % of pilots who leave the line every year to take up management positions within the airline.
 
None. Why? Because if a well educated and determined pilot got into management this industry would be making money.

Nice find. This is my favorite quote from the whole thing:
