Going to Geneva in Aug for ten days, need help finding reasonably priced golf.

Thank you in advance.

Good Luck!!!!!!
I've rarely found anything to be reasonably priced in Geneva. Oh, and do yourself a favor and stay away from the Hilton there too. BORING!!!!!!!

Get a Swiss-rail pass and see the moutains and country side. The country is very small and you go anywhere and back in a day. The pass is one of the only good deals in the country.

I do not know if Grindenwald in open for business yet after last years mudslide but it is a very worth while excursion. Have fun!

Are there ANY golf courses in Switzerland? TC

Geneva Golf Club
70 Route de la Capite
Tel: 011 41 22 735 75 40
18 holes 6838yds par72

i think the club may be across the border, if you dont' mind a bit of a travel there are many clubs in the surounding cantons of Fribourg, Valais, Vaud(on other side of lake geneva includes the city of Lausane) and Neuchatel

pm me if you have any questions

rice what are you talking about the Hilton being boring.

You obviously haven't walked up the street toward Le Entrecote (an excellent restaurant) and then walk up behind it. You get about 4 blocks of geneva's red light district. :)

Then walk across the bridge to their little beer garden.

Love the Hilton, if it wasn't so gaudy it wouldn't be fun.

D,
You're killing me!!! The guy I fly with isn't much of one to go out and enjoy the local flair (SlamClicker except for meals). Spend much of my time alone on the road and I guess I missed the red light area last time there. Besides, it's not much fun as a single.

Well i eat at Le Entrecote quite a bit. Try the crusted steak with the grilled veggies. Its not open sundays. Thats how I found out about the area behind it. I was wondering around looking for another place to eat and I'm like WTF did i fall right into a weird euro vegas. I do it alone everytime. Long story.
