Goldilocks

Except for the J-41 rumor, ACA is going forward with its Goldilocks plan. The timeline info for placing the new equipment on the property was left in the copier and I've managed to get my grubby hands on it.

Details:

1) The equipment purchase will be finalized November 1, 2003

2) PArt 61 Training: 11/17/03 through 02/02/04
Group Training: 6 crews; Cadre Training: 12 crews
3) Part 121 and Instructor Training: 10/23/03 - 07/19/03

4) First A/C delivery for training needs: 01/02/04

5) Proving Runs: 08/04/04 - 08/09/03

Also, between 08/06/03 and 10/14/03 all instructors will be interviewed and selected for the program (already accomplished).

The document is 5 pages in length and details each task of the entire program. The rest just covers FOM, FSM and training syllabus information which is bland at best.

If those dates are true, that's a lot longer of a timeframe than I was expecting... hopefully that doesn't give ual, swa, jb, etc time to move into the iad arena...



btw, I'd be careful about postin that stuff... if the company finds out, they might just be mucho peed about your breaking the confidentiality agreement you signed when you were hired and might take the time to hunt you down via your IP.

who have you talked to in the training dept about who is already selected for the positions??

that peice of paper also says that the negotiations were supposed to take 4 days with alpa.

9/29/03 that is when the postings for positions is supposed to happen so how can they be filled already?

another thing, why don't you keep this super secret info to yourself, because im sure that some people dont want goldilocks to succeed and would love to get ahold of any information that they can.
