Your airplane is a Part 23 airplane, and the performance numbers are theoretical. No requirement exists that the airplane meet those numbers. Further, in the quote above, you state that the numbers you are seeing "appear standard." Again, this leads one to ask what you mean when you say the airplane lacks performance. Twice now you
