Can I legally give flight instruction under FAR Part 61 abroad in an foreign registered aircraft?

I am currently in Africa and have an opportunity to conduct flight reviews and/or instrument procifiency checks here for FAA licensed pilots.

Thanks for your input.

Sure, so long as it's legal in the country you're in to give instruction in one of their aircraft. The FAA only cares that a US -authorized CFI give a US endorsement.

Be careful. I had to get a special authorization to fly a king air out of Kenya. Check with the local CAA. Good Luck!

Yes as long as the aircraft orignally had a airworthyness cert issued in the US.
I did it in Central America for years.
