Check out planejobs.com. Someone is looking for a G1159 FO in Alabama, and they want 4000TT and current in type. If you don't have planejobs let me know and I'll PM the contact info.
The G1159 job in AL is in Huntsville for NASA (Contract Operator), they have been trying to fill positions for at least a year and a half. They were having a hard time filing PIC positions because of the pay and it had similar time requirements. I speculate the SIC pay will be even less. Also, the contractor fired virtually all the pilots late last year due to some operational disagreements, from what I understand, some had been there over 15 years.
There is always one or more G1159 jobs open in Florida it seems.
FlightWorks is looking for G1159 pilots at the Manassas base(KHEF).
I think Nashville Jet is out of John C Tune. That is a pain in the but uncontrolled airport. Being based there is enough for me to look somewhere else. I don't know any of the company guys, but did know one of their plane owners and I wouldn't fly for him.
Try Phoenix Air, based in Cartersville, GA (about 30 minutes northwest of Atlanta). They have added 3 G1159's (2 G-III's and 1 G-IISP) to their fleet of many G-159's and Lears in the last year and would most likely enjoy getting somebody with time in type. I would expect more additions in the Gulfstream jet side as well. Phoenix Air is very specialized flying, though; Look through their website, PM me if you have questions.
I seem to recall a G-II job being posted for Birmingham in the last couple of months but can't find it right now. Call one of the FBO's there and ask.
Also, you can always call up FSI and Simuflite, the instructors (which I expect you know some) usually get good gouge.
