I recognize that the Military section of this forum doesn't very often have the mindless nastiness that come about during arguments the way that other sections do... But I really feel that this guy deserves all the attention he's asking for!!!

Yeah, and almost on a weekly basis you hear about these guys crashing. If the airlines had the safety record of the military then nobody would fly. Routine missions crashing left and right. I wont mention other mishaps like flying into ski lift cable wires.

Yet another guy with no clue. Last I checked, airliners didn't fly 500' modified contour at 420 knots groundspeed through mountain ranges, so little chance of contacting ski gondolas.
