What are the guidelines for choosing where you live while working for Gemini? Can you live in a foreign country?

Thanks

Your travel city must be served by three airlines and six flights a day.

We have two pilots who live in Belgrade.

I know a guy that lives in Bulgaria and another guy that lives in Colombia, I presume they don't pay US taxes but I dunno. The key element in where you live is that you can get to work at minimal excess cost to the company. Some oh the mechanics/loadmasters live in the Phillipines and other part of SE. Asia/Pac rim.

At Indoc, they stated that the official policy is that you must live in the Lower 48 or Alaska. We had a guy that wanted to live in the US Virgin Islands, but they said no. They'll make exceptions for you if it's in their best interests.

For instance, there's the guy mentioned earlier that lives in Belgrade. Since nearly all our MD-11 flying originates or goes thru Europe, it saves the company money having him live so close. Same with the Mx guys that live in the Phillipines (they get on or work jets in China).
