And the results are!!!!!!!!!

The TA was voted down by a margin of 66% to 34%, with 86% of the membership voting.............

Good job, guys. I'm glad someone has some courage nowdays.

Today the results of the membership ballot regarding our Tentative Agreement were certified. 86% of eligible voting members voted with a resulting 66% disapproval.... You were close fogrunner.

I wish it had been in the 80s or 90s as far as disapproval, it would be an even stronger mandate to take back to the bargaining table.
I hope and pray that cooler heads prevail on the company side. SW worries me. He could turn this into a real mess, under the guise of saving Gemini from the pilots.

51% or 100% is the same result ..the vote against the TA won ... now we have to be strong and support ALPA all the way until the end... We have to be united on this.:uzi:

You are right, but for the company,it will be alot easier to negociate a new contract based on 66% then 80.

Hey guys is this a joke?

Folks, It is with regret that I inform you that the recently concluded Tentative Agreement between Gemini Air Cargo and ALPA failed to ratify in a vote by the Gemini crewmembers. The immediate effect of this vote is that the current contract, including the pay/longevity freeze for the crewmembers, remains in force. The company is evaluating several options on how to proceed at this point.

We have to stay UNITED on this.
