Gemini longevity freeze, what's up with that?

Hi,

I was browsing Airlinepilotpay.com and under Gemini I read "-Longevity currently frozen by Gemini. Until freeze lifted, pilots remain at existing year of service"

What's the deal on that? Is that still in effect? If so, when will it be lifted? Is the pay scale on that website current?
