So, with ACA owning all their gates at IAD, is there still room for UAL to replace the Express flying out of IAD?

Are there gates elsewhere at IAD that the NEW United Express will be able to use?
 
One need spend only a short time walking around IAD to see all the unused and underused gate space.

Gate space is a non-issue at IAD.
