We labor groups have been exploited by the RLA, and management knows it. They have enjoyed screwing us and lining their pockets while we work under a 5+ year old contract.

Instead of running from an industry when the going get's tough, why not stick around and try and make it better.

Now those that just sit around and complain all day while doing nothing to try and improve things...well I agree with you, they should quit. They make a 4-day trip suck.
