G 200 Operator's

I have some questions for the guy's/gals that fly the G200.
What range would you have if you took off from VGT ( North Las Vegas, 2100ft PA, 5000 ft rwy) at 104 degrees F ( 40 C) and 8 pax?
Could you go to VNY?
If you couldn't take 8 pax how many could you take?
OK so we're at McCarran now ( LAS) at 95 degrees and 6 pax, how far could you go? Hawaii? Goose Bay (CYYR) ? What's the furthest East you could go?

Our offices are on the field at VGT so you can see why I would like to use that field over LAS.
How do you enjoy the aircraft? Do you have any complaints ?
We may be thinking of one for our operations, what should I be on the lookout for?
I realize this is a lot of work so let me say thanks ahead of time.

I think that he doesn't want to wait for 2-3 years for a delivery. Thats why.

Flex doesn't operate them, no worries for you.
