Backseater in a Viper has a really bad flight: audio

edit: 1st one is from the 52nd FW out of Spangdahlem and the 2nd is from the 524th FS.

I think the tape was that of a Strike Eagle WSO...I think. Funny though..

And fighter guys give us airlifters grief....(we have a toilet)

It's an F-16 from the 524 FS at Cannon AFB. Sounds like #1 (it's his video) is in a D-model, two-seater. The guy with the problem is in a single-seat.

Yup - thanks to a Turkish cook and some food poisoning, I had to cut a mission short (unfortunately I couldn't just taxi back, I was over northern Iraq at the time). 1+ hour flight home at just under the mach trying to think "happy thoughts" all the way. I made it - barely. Not fun. :erm:

So, you're right. Just not about this particular incident. ;) The HUD and the calls to "Cannon ground" give it away.
 
I heard a story of a Tomcat RIO (from a Tomcat bud) that did the same thing in the back. They trapped, he got out of his flight gear, stripped out of his flight suit, walked over and pitched it over the side of the flight deck....

Too bad you couldn't have dropped that bomb on 'em. Would have ended every thing over there REAL quick!
