Our company has asked us to put together (and submit for approval!) a fuel program to save the company money and give us a piece of the action. Nobody can seem to agree on a way to do this. What have you all seen done that works?
 
Tell them I said the average price per gallon is $5. Shop around and buy gas for 3.20-3.75. You then get 50% of what they saved.
