My vote goes to Colt, they have treated us great. CAA has also worked out pretty well.

OK Here goes!
I have:
World Fuel
Mariah
Colt
Arrow Energy
Western Petroleum
These cover all my bases and have established $20,000 monthly lines of credit with each.
I have worked for some of the worst 135 operators out there and while not proud of it, I did learn some useful skills such as Hotel bargaining 404 and fuel shopping on the graduate level. I learned what not to do when I established my own operation as well as incorporated the money saving programs only a sheista would know.
Those cards alone will reduce your second biggest cost in your flight department.
I have tried the CAA card for 6 months and found that I could beat everyone of their prices at every airport I went into. Mind you, I am a pitbull when it comes to fuel shopping and your results may vary.

We have:

UVAir, Colt, BestAero, and of course Multi-Service, but MS is more of a credit-card for fuel than anything as well all know. For alot of our midwest fuel places, UVAir is our baby!

I would be interested in knowing how those cards work. I'm familiar with the MS card, but not the others. I'm guessing you gotta slurp a lot of dead dino to qualify, obviously. Probably not as simple as a "Sam's Club for Jet-A" card, is it ?

Having worked for the cheapest operators World fuel keeps coming up a winner, and believe it or not sometimes you can even get atlantic bucks when you use it! I usually think in terms of World then Colt then any place that does avtrip points...

Acutally Rx, all of the cards that I mentioned above do not require a minimum annual uplift. UVAir, Colt, and Best Aero all have no uplift requirements. I applied for all of them myself for our flight department (Part 91, single C560 aircraft). Just FYI.

If you're looking to save money on fuel there is another program from Jet Fleet International. Talk with Noele Fournier over there.
The M/S card is an aviation credit card. But they add on a surcharge, by using your companies' credit card you will save even more. As I said earlier, I work pretty hard to save money on fuel and using the cards I described above you will enjoy pretty outstanding savings. For one, at KBRO this past December I paid 2.49/Gal from Arrow Energy. I spend approximately 30-45 minutes of my flight planning time just on fuel .
