Frontier Goods? (and bads)

Does anyone have any info on Frontier in terms of stability and quality of life? I haven't heard (or read) much at all on this company and so I'm digging for some background information.

And would you go to Frontier before SWA or JBLU?

My suggestion for you is to get a 737 type and get in line for Southwest. I would
target Southwest,Fed Ex and UPS. Anyone else that might be hiring right now are no where near as stable as these 3 are. Not that you shouldn't apply to them just the same, I just think the any semblence of stability exists at these 3 carriers only, at least at this time. Also if you are military,make dam sure you don't leave
unless you got 20 years and that military pension secured because with the exception of a dwindling few,you sure won't get a pension in the civilian sector anymore. Good luck..and Merry Christmas

I would take SWA or JB over Frontier. I don't think that Frontier is going to do anymore hiring any time soon. I heard something about end of 2005.
