From Eagle To Flex, Anyone???

Any former Eagle Folks onboard w/ Flexjet as of lately???How is the QOL with your new gig? Do you miss Eagle? What are you flying? I have always been very enthused about fractional flying, but I'm only using my current gig as a stepping stone until I can get the mins. for Flex. Let me know what you think about Flex? Thanks!

I think you will find Flex to be a lot better than Eagle.

went from egl to nja, So far the pay qol is great, different style of flying though.

Spent just shy of two years at Eagle and have just about completed my second month at NJA. It is night and day difference between the two so far. I also interviewed at Flex as well, but felt that NJA had much more to offer. If you can, try and get on with NJA you will be pleased!

I left eagle after almost 8 years... as an earlier post said, night and day differences. Unionwise, the 1108 has more intestinal fortitude than ALPA will ever have at Eagle.
For me it was the best move I had or could make to get out of that career FO vortex I was spinning around in at EGL.
Hope you get the opportunity to come here... you wont regret it.
